PVC
sheetings in ADRIACHEM are produced in the calendering process where a thetmoplastic
is forced between the rolls to form the sheeting of a specific thickness and
quality. This process was first introduced in 1950 to produce PVC sheets and
PVC sheeting for raincoats.
Today, after almost a half of century in the business, we are supplying home
as well as foreign markets with a wide variety of items produced on the modern
machines of 23000 TPA capacity. The quality of our flexible, semirigid and
rigid sheetings, available in a variety of printed and embossed designs, has
been accepted and recognized in all the business fields.
LEATHERCLOTH
VINILEX
is a trade name for a range of leathercloth materials being produced in Adriachem
by a coaring technology since 1955. We have started using PVC as a basic raw
material, and proceeded introducing other polymers, especially polyurethane,
to meet the current production capacity of 7000000 sqm/year.
Vinilex leathercloth, whether expanded or non-expanded, is printed and embossed
into pleasing decorative effects, offering a successful replacement for natural
leather in a wide range of applications. Main end-use areas include:
PRINTING INDUSTRY APPLICATIONS ,FURNITURE AND AUTOMOTIVE UPHOLSTERING,
FOOTWEAR ,HOUSEHOLD
, FANCY GOODS , READY MADE GOODS,BUILDING
APPLICATIONS .
In the same plant, PLASTISOLS i.e. PVC pastes for a variety of applications
including crown and screw caps, laces and pads, gloves coatings, are produced.

Extrusion
ia a continuous plastics processing technique defined as the forcing of molten
polymers through a shaping die into a desired product. Ever since the first
employment of the extrusion process in Adriachem in 1950, the capacity and
product ranges have been continuously enlarged, and strict control over input
raw materials and final products thoroughly applied. Extruded product range
includes:PIPES , COMPOUND , PROFILES.
